The first conversation is free. Please send notice if you cannot attend so the control-room slot can be released or moved.

Project agreement

Paid discovery, design or engineering work is governed by its written proposal or contract, including milestone and cancellation terms.

Schedule changes

Tell us early when access, priorities or store deadlines change. We will identify completed work, reserved capacity and the safest stopping point.

Refund review
